Hypnosis is a proven methodology for communication with the subconscious mind, which is the root of all our emotional behavior. Hypnosis is a perfectly natural state of mind and everyone has experienced some form of hypnosis without even realizing it: watching TV, daydreaming, automatically driving very familiar route.....A person in hypnosis has a greater awareness than the person not in hypnosis. The difference is, that you are more relaxed, the critical thinking is switched off and you are more open to accepting positive suggestions. It is a heightened and relaxed state when you regaining control of your life.
It feels a bit like when you are watching your favorite film or TV programme, you are becoming more focused on that one thing. You will become very relaxed both mentally and physically. You are able to hear and remember everything that is said. We can communicate directly with your subconscious mind. This is where memories and motivations are stored along with your ability to learn. By communicating directly with your sub-conscious mind it is possible to achieve the goals you set out at the beginning of the session and resolve any underlying issues you may have had.
